Extract and compile data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness, verify and enter data (Excel Spreadsheet) with high attention to detail to maintain data integrity, collaborate with team members on office management processes, filing and backing up invoices and receipts, logging data entry into Excel spreadsheet, handle invoicing payment and account reconciliation, general office duties.Redesigned course brochures/sign up sheets.

My main duty working in print was to adapt clients' artworks/designs into print ready files and if needed prepare die cut files or bleed files. Circle Concept working closely with Clarins (Singapore branches), I had the task to assist in designing Clarins promotional campaigns as-well as produce demo displays. Working Circle Concept, I was given the opportunity as such to attend meetings with Clarins and assist in the setting up of events (Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour). Being new into the printing industry my goal was to learn as much as I could in the given time I had, which ranges from :- designing/adjusting - production- small-medium format printing- operating machines (cutting) - cutting (pen knife)- setting up print files- lamination- transferring artwork- packaging finish work

My responsibilities was to create campaign advertisements for LG (Life's Good) Singapore OBS stores on Shoppee, Lazada and Facebook. Other projects that I was involved in was designing Wisterias' (shopping mall) hoarding designs, food stall signages, and contributing to Wisteria's Christmas poster designs.I had learnt how to multitask efficiently and manage my time strategically as client demands were high, where I had to deliver outcomes at a fast pace while maintaining quality of design. I was also given the opportunity to join in a Zoom call with different creatives from all around Asia discussing the different design requirements and LG's brand guidelines.

My role as an administration assistance at Fava Realty was being in charge of billing and calculating tenants monthly water bills, respond to any complaints or inquiries made by tenants via email, organising tenants files as well as helping out with house inspections.
