After graduating with a Bachelor of Computing from NUS, I became a Mathematics and Co-Form teacher in my alma mater, Raffles Girls' School (Secondary). Thereafter, I freelanced as a primary school tutor, and took up a sales executive job with Executive Directions Pte Ltd after attending their in-house program 'Entrepreneur Action Program'. After leaving that position, I continued to help them set up and manage their company landing page and email newsletter. I ran my own business by setting up blogs to do affiliate marketing and setting up Wordpress website for others. During that time, I did content writing, article writing, SEO, video marketing for the blog. When the property market boomed in 2011/12, I became interested in real estate and eventually took my RES (real estate salesperson) licence to become a property agent with OrangeTee Pte Ltd. I mainly handled rental properties of commercial, industrial, HDB, private condominium and helped tenants rent and buyers buy homes. During this time, I used my SEO knowledge to market the properties I handled online, and received overwhelming numbers of calls to view the units. In 2016, I pursued a string of stage-performances in 2016 (Kpopx Fitness, Pole fitness, Vagina Monologues, Finally She Spoke, Emcee Academy) and realized above it all, I still have an ongoing passion for digital marketing and how the ever-changing landscape of the digital world continues to influence the way businesses need to market themselves. Thus, I took my Google Certifications in Search Engine Optimization, Adwords and Basic Digital Marketing.I look forward to serving an employer with my varied skill-sets and experiences to further grow and improve their business results.
