Working alongside a team of 6 other Senior Board members, I help oversee a Canada-wide team of over 150 high school and post-secondary students in 5 different branches. At Prospective Medical Professionals, we aim to improve the accessibility of medical development opportunities for all youth, regardless of socioeconomic or racial background.My responsibilities include:- Being involved in the execution of initiatives in Public Relations, Logistics, Technology and other departments, collaborating with team members and team leads.- Helped lead the coordination of local Zoom fairs (PuMP+) for Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto students, with over 1000 total attendees. - Co-executed new digital initiatives and Canada-wide mentorship programs.- Continuous HR development, including biannual recruitment and internal affairs

Prospective Medical Professionals, also known as PuMP, is a federally registered charity and non-profit organization connecting students to health sciences opportunities in Canada. Through digital resources, student fairs, and interactive workshops, our team of 100+ dedicated youth seeks to soften the competitive atmosphere surrounding health sciences by creating a networking platform for high school and post-secondary students to unite their common interests and empower each other to grow together.
