From start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, her team creates brands that captivate, inspire, and promote prosperity with purpose.Named one of HOW Design’s “100 Most Talented and Influential Creatives Working Today,” Rachel brings over two decades of design experience. As a champion for sustainability, she believes designers hold unique power to drive positive social and environmental messages. She embodies these values in her work, her studio, and her life.Rachel began her career at BBDO Worldwide in New York City, creating for some of the world’s most recognized brands. She later served as a senior designer and project design manager in global communications at Louis Dreyfus, an international group of diversified businesses that is one of the largest privately held companies in the world.An active leader in the Charlotte B Corp Collective, she is also a member of 1% for the Planet, Got To Be NC, Climate Collaborative, and Clean Creatives.
