I am fiercely passionate about creating a welcoming space for adults of all backgrounds seeking support with life transitions, relational issues, self worth and childhood trauma recovery. As an advocate for diverse representation in the mental health field, I recognize the nuanced challenges faced by BIPOC individuals and those navigating ongoing oppression and marginalization.At the heart of my work, I offer a grounded and compassionate presence for individuals to gently explore vulnerable topics and begin to relate to their challenges from a new perspective. I use evidence-based strategies to help clients find clarity and empowerment in the face of adversity. Each person is encouraged to come as they are and be their true self.
