I planned and conducted the annual user conference with client senior leadership teams, partnering with advisory and analytics thought leaders to showcase new offerings and solutions. I led product delivery teams and designed and launched new products in response to evolving talent market trends.

I designed new pay structures and incentive plans for key segments in the consulting and sales populations. I harmonized pay plans for newly acquired employee groups in strategic ventures, with a focus on alignment with the organization’s pay philosophy and competitive practices. I managed the North American annual budgeting and salary administration process for Managing Directors.
