Hired in a crisis for my event management and organizational skills. NJCAA Region 18 Men's and Women's Basketball Tournament was being held at Utah State University Eastern and with one month left until the event, it became apparent that they needed help if this event were going to be successful. That is where I came in. The tournament ended up being a great experience for fans, players, coaches and administration.
