- Strategic HR partner to assigned business units and corporate departments-Support HR policy & procedure review process in conjunction with the GENCO/FedEx HR Integration Team-Lead company's annual Objective & Goal Setting Process/Performance Management procedures for both hourly and exempt staff-Assist with specific HR compliance iniatives (EEO charge response, AAP Implementaiton, FMLA, etc)-Reccomend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and service performed

Act as a Human Resource Business Partner for field leaders and direct all of the HR functions for 100+ Rite Aid stores in the greater Pittsburgh area.

- Champion a Fast, Fun and Friendly team culture throughout the entire store of over 200 team members- Lead all staffing processes; proactively planning for hiring needs to ensure the store is staffed in all work centers- Develop a strong training culture and make sure company tools and programs are consistently implemented- Understand turnover and can assemble effective action plans - Adhere to legal standards in all areas of human resources- Champion recognition and development culture of store to drive internal talent pipeline- Act as Leader on Duty, understand all aspects of store operations to ensure amazing guest experienceAdditional Roles: District HR Trainer, District HR Support Team, District Recruitment Team, Assessment Captain, Inventory Captain, VIBE Captain, Bounceback Captain, Community Captain
