After my promotion, my responsibilities widened and consisted of working with several various systems, completing ad-hoc analysis requests, understanding and handling large data sets for high value brands as well as producing top level reports which focus on retention and attrition models. Undertaking the email marketing for the international regions was a key responsibility of mine which consisted of working on email templates on Adobe Dreamweaver CS6, generating and finalising mailing lists, analysing and improving email templates, testing and scheduling. Another responsibility included producing monthly international competitor analyses where I would research about our competitors in the US, China and India which included what marketing campaigns they were running as well as cashback and offers they were providing to their members. I would often report back to the relevant team to improve competitiveness and a better deal for the subscribed members.I had the opportunity to apply and use the knowledge which I had gained at university through my reports and was able to further develop my teamwork skills by working with many teams across the year which I enjoyed. I was able to enhance my creativity, communication skills both verbal and written through emails to subscribed members and presentations. Volunteering at Autism Plus has allowed me to operate behind and gain basic knowledge of a simple cashier, as well as working within a team and individually. Therefore gaining independence alongside increased confidence in the workplace as I became more responsible to maintain the shop floor individually many times, this allowed me to develop team working and communication skills in a working environment.
