Managing Director with extensive experience in property management of residential property portfolio's and 14 years’ experience in all matters of residential property.Studied joint honours Accountancy and Management Studies at Aberdeen University and gaining experience within Countrywide as a Negotiator.Working within property joining a medium size lettings agency which grew from a portfolio of 400 to over 1000 properties under management. I moved up through the structure beginning my career as a Negotiator and rapidly joined the management structure, initially as Office Manager and then become a Company Director.Following the acquisition of the agency I developed my experience working within a large Property Management agency, handling change management, developing project management skills and creating processes for new team structures. Responsible for the implementation and integration of tenancy administration team, property administrators and maintenance co-ordinators. I was then employed as Director of Branch assuming full responsibility for all marketing of managed properties, developing structure for the team and providing efficiency service for our clients.Now employed as Lettings and Property Management Director with responsibility for leading the Lettings business; overseeing expert portfolio management of 2,500 properties in Edinburgh and covering all aspects of our residential service offering to our customers.
