Inside Sales:Responsible for managing the inside sales team, and directly supporting a Territory Account Manager for a given geographic and/or vertical territory. Supports all interactions with team members, direct end-user customers as well as reseller partners/representatives on a regular basis. International Sales:Responsible for managing all sales outside of the United States as well as all International Representatives. Responsible for recruiting, training and developing sales representatives Globally. Developing and maintaining standard processes for lead generation/qualification and opportunity with the specific goal of achieving sales growth targets in addition to overseeing all marketing efforts.Responsibilities include: Provide technical assistance, Quotes, Order Confirmations, Order Status, RMA informationCommunicate directly with Operations Manager as well as Supply chain.Manage and work to improve Inside Sales Team performance related to quota performance, pipeline growth, forecasting and product knowledge. Train new and existing Insides Sales Team members to improve their product knowledge and increase their sales productivity.Achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned territory and product line. Focusing on customer/representative account development and retention, product demand assessment, prospecting, and qualifying leads. Provide product demonstrations, technical training to new/current customers/representatives, technical troubleshooting, technical support, including informative presentations to representatives and customers.Working with International Marketing Group, coordinate territory product mailings and promotions. Coordinating regional customer relations events; participating in tradeshows, seminars and workshops.International travel, to train new/current representatives, develop and maintain relationships.
