With over 20 years’ experience, I've held held executive roles at major and independent music publishers. In 2021, I joined Proper Group, a music technology company developing advanced data-driven solutions for the music industry. Prior to this role, I established Downtown Music Publishing’s Australian operations. As Creative Director, I contributed to the success of local artists including Stella Donnelly, John Butler, The Teskey Brothers, Taka Perry, Elliot, Little Quirks and Evie Irie. In this dual Sync and A&R role, I was honoured to be recognised in Billboard's International Power Players List for 2019 alongside well-respected colleagues, Roberto Neri and Taeko Saito at Downtown. I served as a board member for the Australasian Music Publishers Association (AMPAL) for two years between 2020 - 2021. I'm currently a mentor for APRA AMCOS' 23% Mentor programme which aims to address gender disparity in the music industry.
