Responsible for ensuring the care of 130 campers aged 11-12. Part of my responsibilities involved supervising and supporting 30 staff members and this included the completion of mid & end of summer evaluations for all staff members. Managed the day-to-day operations of the village and delegated responsibilities to the assistant village leader and to the staff members. I led training sessions for the 30 staff members I supervised and assisted them in designing and implementing programs for the village. In addition, I attended and provided feedback in daily Leadership Team meetings.

Conducted research and created documents and presentations for talks, discussions, classes and workshops. I completed the task of updating the museum's visible storage documents. My duties also included assisting the Education department in planning and organizing events, as well as leading workshops for children aged 3-7.

Designed and implemented programs for children aged 11-14 and assisted them with their daily activities.During summers 2012, 2013, & 2014), I worked with campers with special needs, providing 24/7 focus and care.Both summer 2012 & 2013 I was recognized as one of the Top Five Counselors of the week and in summer 2013 I was selected by the camp Leadership Team to plan an annual all-camp multi-day event.
