As the Senior Product Director at a Wellness Education Company, I directed and managed all their courses, curriculum and production to ensure that they were sophisticated, available, attractive, safe and inviting. I also managed the company's Coaching Program and oversaw the curriculum development, students and course planning. The Coaching Program was a 6-month innovative experience which showed people that connection, what they wanted their excitement and engagement with their desire can be their fundamental orientation to the world.

Responsible for all aspects of multiple 6-month Educational Programs including curriculum, and coordinating over 400 students. Created scholarship program. Coordinated team of 20 volunteer coaches for each program, tracking student success and engagement. Instituted weekly reporting for coaches. Sole Muralist for an underwater themed mural on both sides of the 60' long tunnel connecting Kennedy Krieger Institute (children's hospital) and main John's Hopkins Hospital. Completed during the summers. Responsible for design, preparation of surface, and painting.
