My ideal positions: writer/editor, tutor, sales and customer service rep I’ve had a wide variety of professional experiences: directing educational ministries in several churches; acting and teaching acting to children; substitute teaching at all age levels; freelance telemarketing for an arts organization; and writing advertising--among many others. I also write and perform poetry for intimate audiences.Most recently, I worked at LL Bean for 14 months (seasonal work that turned into a permanent, part time position until their business slowed down because of COVID-19), where I discovered that I enjoy selling products I believe in! I take pride in doing a good and thorough job for a customer. That is because I genuinely care about the people to whom I sell. I am able to "read" their needs quickly; and to develop relationships and rapport with them. Finally, I love to work collaboratively with other team members; to blend my ideas with theirs; to support them in their work and in their own growth as well.
