Hi! 👋 I'm Rachel Banks, and I'm an AuDHD occupational therapist. I'm the director of All Star Therapies, a paediatric allied health clinic in sunny Geraldton WA.I'm passionate about providing neuro affirming care to children and their families, with my special interest being autistic/ADHD peers, and providing parent coaching to strengthen supports and the parenting team around a child.Through All Star, I also provide various workshops to the community, aimed at improving the supports around a child, whether that be at school, day care, or in the community with support workers. I'm also really passionate about preventing clinician burnout, and providing ongoing development and mentorship to allied health professionals, regardless of what stage they are in their career. The All Star Team were finalists for a Small Business Award in 2022, after only two years of operating! We have developed a strong reputation for providing child-led, neuro affirming and evidence based practice within the Geraldton community.
