SAFEE is a nonprofit corporation. SAFEE helps survivors build Strength by taking responsibilitywhile Acknowledging and taking back that which was stolen or unknowingly given away. We help survivors gain their Freedom both physically and spiritually by Empowering them and refusing to look, or allow others to continue to look the other way. We expand Educational opportunities and skill sets to allow victims to rise up from poverty. At SAFEE, our aftercare goal is to equip and empower every survivor with an education and the tools necessary to safeguard themselves and their families from future exploitation. SAFEE focuses on education and professional training allowing victims to develop marketable skills, and career planning. We intend to empower each victim to thrive and grow towards becoming contributing members of their community, with the support of their family whenever possible. We have learned that healing and restoration can take place in many different ways. As a result, our programs are tailored to meet the individual needs of each person in their local context. We recognize a ‘one size fits all’ approach will no longer address the needs of each victim. We are intentional with our aftercare services resulting in individualized and scalable programs that not only allow us to provide customized care based on their current and future needs but to provide individualized care to more victims than ever before.

+ Assisting therapists and their patients:o Prepare treatment locationo Check and update daily scheduleo Clean and pick up treatment equipment or toolso Pull and put away flowsheets for providerso Welcome and start patients with warm upo Observe patients and note changes in pain or condition to the therapistso Finish therapy exercises with patients o Set up patients with ice, heat and electrical stimulation therapy after treatmento Maintain and manage therapy pool + Check and adjust chemicals+ Set out equipment+ Pull and file away flowsheets

Regency Canyon Lakes is a rehabilitation and nursing care facility. Duties include + Assisting residents with daily living activities:o Walkingo Transfer from sitting to standing/bed to sittingo Daily mealso Personal Hygiene+ Keep incontinent residents clean+ Assist with showers+ Assist with the brushing of hair and teeth+ Maintaining resident safety and comforto Change bed linenso Take and record daily vital signso Observe residents and note physical conditions, changes in appetite, attitude, reactions to the nurseo Practice infection control o Evacuate residents in an event of an emergency
