Qualified in Thinking Environment techniques, I am interested in creating the best environments for individuals and teams to discover possibility and then work out how to make it happen. For the last 20 years I have worked in the field of leadership and team development. More recently, I have become the founder of a Not For Profit - Flying School, we help children learn how to fly and we share tools and techniques to help them inspire others.
