During my time at Credit Adjustments I contributed to the efforts of the Department of Education as it created programs for Federal Student Loan borrowers. As an auditor, I was in charge of quality assurance for accounts set up for the company, ensuring documentation and notation, as well as submission of proper materials, had been conducted during account setup. I trained four people total to work in my department in my almost-two-year tenure, and am comfortable with training, writing SOPs and presenting them to others. Among the expectations set forth by my manager, including handling a daily workload of up to 200 accounts, maintaining tracking databases, and presenting those databases and reports based on those databases for use in weekly reporting, I carried on inter-departmental correspondence between agents, managers and supervisors. It was my job to inform the company of infractions of policy, and make corrections which ensured compliance regulations were met.

I designed a number of covers for their many signed authors. During this time I worked in team settings completing projects by a set deadline. Besides looking unique and appealing on a shelf, each cover had to fit very specific print parameters.

I verified, prepared and reviewed two to three-hundred invoices and work orders for archival. I then scanned documents into the digital archives and cataloged hard copies for storage and retrieval.

I hosted product events serving up to five-hundred customers daily while adhering to strict health regulations set on the preparation and service of food. I collected opinion data through survey while maintaining a positive attitude and helping customers find the perfect product to meet their needs.
