Its members represent the spectrum of actors: policy makers, business leaders, academics, technicians, and scientists. REIL acts as a platform for exchanging ideas, often “edge” ideas or “cloud thinking.” Its focus is on crossing silos, developing systems-oriented solutions, and bridging blue sky thinking to practical on the ground strategies.
