I provided detailed feedback to students for bi-weekly tests in a timely manner. To effectively do so, I corresponded with the professor and students to maintain mutual understanding regarding assignment expectations. Additionally, I created and updated Excel spreadsheets to effectively track attendance, participation, and completion of weekly online questions.

I greeted patrons and provided positive customer service before escorting them to their tables. I also organized and scheduled reservations over the phone in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

I created individualized learning plans to help each student reach their specific English goals. These lessons included teaching native English pronunciation, slang phrases, and the nuances of English words. I also helped students prepare for English proficiency exams such as the TOEFL and the IELTS.

I called individuals in the GTA region for contact tracing purposes. I informed individuals of their legal obligations after they had been identified as having been in close contact with someone who contracted COVID-19. I also briefly worked on the 2021 Census of Agriculture as an interviewer.

I delivered one-on-one English lessons to over 100 children living in China through a virtual platform. I was responsible for assessing children’s comprehension of the lesson materials by grading performance and providing feedback to parents. Lessons included a wide range of topics like science, social science, math, history, grammar, phonics and reading comprehension.

I helped devise an organizational system that helped make it more efficient to track patient intake and medical history. I also examined older patient files to determine which were outdated and could be properly disposed of. Occasionally, I performed receptionist duties such as checking patients in, searching for files, and making appointments.

I provided 1-on-1 Intensive Behavioural Intervention to two clients on the spectrum in both home-based and private institute settings. During these sessions, I would occasionally accompany clients into the community for programming and exposure to everyday scenarios. I also collected and graphed program data for weekly revision and progress reviews.

I sorted and prepared paper documents for scanning services that allowed companies to digitize their files. Additionally, I organized stacks of EQAO booklets so that they could be efficiently graded.
