About Rachel Mukucha

I have over 20 years of operations experience split between Financial Markets and Trade in Zimbabwe, Uganda and Dubai. My banking career started in Zimbabwe where I worked my way from clerk to Manager before being asked to take on the role of Acting Head of Trade operations in Uganda on a short-term assignment. I then moved to Trade Operations in Dubai before moving on to Financial Markets Operations Client Coverage Team, where I was a Manager. I am currentlya Manager in in Islamic Operations. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to adapt to new challenges and new environments and I believe my many years of processing and management in both Trade and Financial Markets Operations should make me an attractive proposition for many different roles including Audit, Financial Crime Risk, Operational Risk and other operations departments.
