• Conducted in-depth user interviews to collect raw data and user testing to design product. • Formed UX workflows, process maps and journey maps.• Direct and indirect competitor analysis.• Developed business model and case studies.• Built wireframes, low/mid/high fidelity prototypes and design system.• Ground-up Figma build + style guide, ensuring quality control as well as timely and efficient production.

Communications Office, North Hall

• Assisted the University Communications Office in the development of a wide variety of projects incorporating current promotional initiatives.• Managed the production and printing of promotional materials including: Facebook banners, web page ads, department landing pages, large format posters, tabletop displays and promotional brochures.• Managed projects through correspondence with clients via personal meetings and email.• Packaged all projects for printing and sent orders to the on campus printing service to meet client's project deadlines.• Assisted the Marketing Department by photographing the University campus and editing these images for the University archives using Photoshop.• Continuously provided campus-wide design support through demonstration of my fluency in the Adobe Creative Suite design programs: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
