With over 10 years of diverse customer experience, and a unique background in SaaS, EdTech, Outdoor Education, and SaaS renewals, I truly find immense joy in empowering others, helping them reach a goal, and finding creative solutions. I have a knack for exceeding targets, optimizing processes, and generating revenue growth. My background in SaaS and outdoor education also sets me apart as someone who can adapt to any challenge, overcome adversity, and inspire others. I have hiked over 6,000 miles, including thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail and the Pacific Crest Trail, which taught me the importance of grit, resilience, and self-discovery. Despite wearing through 5 pairs of shoes on each thru hike, mental and psychical fatigue, too much beef jerky, and being exposed to mother nature's forces, I kept hiking. That is who I am- in every challenge, I keep going. I bring these qualities to my current role, where I continuously evolve our offerings to attract and retain a loyal customer base, foster a welcoming environment, and lead a skilled and motivated team.
