With over 10 years of diverse customer experience, and a unique background in SaaS, EdTech, Outdoor Education, and SaaS renewals, I truly find immense joy in empowering others, helping them reach a goal, and finding creative solutions. Regional Director - 2021I supervised 14 trip leaders and provided logistical, emotional, behavioral, in person support, crisis response, facilitated feedback to instructor teams, and managed staff team dynamics, throughout our 12 locations. Traveled to each team to check in, prepare and run student arrival and departure days, on call for any questions or issues. Communicated daily with staff teams, directors, and families of students, and responded and worked to resolve student behavioral issues.Trip Leader - 2019-2020Managed instructor staff team of 6 and groups of up to 24 youth ages 13-18 on multi-element, traveling outdoor courses.
