As Co-Lead on the Black Employee Network's Professional Development pillar of focus, I provided direction and support in advancing the BEN’s mandate to: increase engagement, representation and advancement of black employees at TD; and foster strong relations with community partners in and outside of TD. I spearheaded professional development opportunities including designing and launching the Each One Teach One three-tiered mentoring program for junior employees to executive rank, and the BEN Professional Development Lecture Series.
