1. Apply knowledge of company policies and procedures to employment procedures for initial hires, title changes, merits, promotions, transfers, terminations, etc. 2. Provide consultation and assistance on classification, hiring, compensation, employee and labor relations, employment, and other complex issues to the President and Mangers in making personnel decisions.3. Plans, coordinates and administers compensation and benefits programs. Assists the President in establishing the personnel budget, including salaries and benefits. 4.
