Introduction to learning the language and procedures of a Hotel Sales Department. Initially responsible for data entry for a newly implemented CRM. Worked mostly with computers but soon gained hands on experience with the every day life of a Sales Manager by meeting and maintaining relationships with important clients. Effectively handled new collateral to showcase newly branded and renovated hotel in Downtown Minneapolis.

Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the locker rooms at a private country club. Includes laundry, shoe cleaning services and cleaning of public areas. Provided additional assistance setting up special golf events. Evening and weekend bartender for weddings, corporate events, and regular restaurant hours for club members.
