Currently, Rachel works in strategy at Old Navy, focusing on long term and product strategy, after transitioning from corporate strategy for Gap, Inc., where she worked on projects across the company's portfolio of brands.Formerly, Rachel was a Manager in Kurt Salmon's Private Equity and Strategy Practice, focusing on the consumer goods and retail industries and driving top- and bottom-line growth for her clients. Rachel's experience includes corporate strategy, board and leadership team support, strategic planning, quantitative and qualitative consumer insights, white space growth potential, market entry strategy and market analysis, brand/product strategy, and digital strategy. Her M&A and private equity experience spans commercial due diligence, sell-side support, and portfolio strategy. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries and channels, including: apparel, footwear, sports equipment and apparel, specialty retail, grocery retail, food and beverages, entertainment, home services, personal care, and pet supplies.In addition to her corporate strategy work, Rachel has experience driving strategic and operational changes for social impact and nonprofit organizations. Her pro bono consulting work has spanned a variety of areas, including child and adult education, entrepreneurship, economic development, and sustainable tourism. Rachel holds an MBA in Management & Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Additionally, she earned a B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.
