I have had the opportunity to work in various sectors throughout my career beginning in the NGO/non-profit world, moving into occupational health and most recently into both commercial and industrial/civil construction. This diversity has afforded me a wide set of opportunities and continually shapes the way that I see life and work. I am a firm believer that it is the people and culture that make or break an organization. I approach everything with the constant thought that we are all people with families and stories just trying to do the best we can. Competitors are not the enemy, they are people who just happen to be in the same line of work as you, but on another team. Clients are not sources of income, they again are just individuals on a quest to do their best within their organization.
