Successfully oversaw the $105 million spin-off, SEC registration and exchange listing registration of two newly formed companies: Altisource Residential Corporation (NYSE: RESI), a Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”) created to own single-family rental assets primarily through the acquisition of non-performing loans, and Altisource Asset Management Corporation (OTCQX: AAMC), an asset manager and advisor. • Facilitated international corporate structuring for tax planning purposes, registration and compliance with the Virgin Island's Economic Development program, and the creation of a captive insurance company• Performed risk analysis, developed all accounting policies, processes, controls and directed the creation of the accounting systems and financial reports to support a five-day close• Managed investor relations, responded to inquiries of analysts, drafted press releases, 10-Ks and earnings scripts• Supervised international recruiting efforts for the accounting and finance team
