I founded an organization that champions mental fitness at work to create more healthy individuals, families, and communities. To launch the organization, we broke a world record for the largest cardboard box fort (almost 13,000 boxes) to share our message of mental fitness with the community in an artistic and interactive way.I help companies have PhD-backed measurable impact in their company cultures. I take the load off of leaders and enable companies to have systems that decrease employee burnout and increase overall employee wellness. I customize and implement mental fitness plans inside organizations that enable leaders to care for their people with ease and peace of mind. Workplace training development, resource guide creation, events, business strategy, and business operations are just a few of the areas where I spend my time.

I developed curriculum for and taught two classes per week as part of BYU’s UNIV 101R: First-Year Seminar course. • Adapted experiential-based coursework to an online model in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

I am a member of the first UIF cohort at BYU. I collaborate on a team of 4, expanding innovation, design thinking, and entrepreneurship opportunities on campus. I lead a change maker movement on BYU Campus to engage students in innovation and design thinking. I consult campus offices on design thinking and experiential learning, bringing a more human-centered design approach to education processes. I innovate curriculum for a mission-driven and experience-based first-year course.

Provided consultant level analysis, recommendations, and tools for a non-profit organization to enter the service industry and gain visibility for a newly developed app our team prototyped. Provided market sizing research, which is being used to make key decisions on entering a product market.

I evaluate student employee performance in order to provide daily support and weekly training.I plan and execute weekly staff meetings that bring clarity and unity to the office. As a supervisor, I review applicant resumes and recommend prospective employees for interviews. I problem-solve daily as I interact with a variety of customers who sometimes need exceptions to regular office procedures.
