I began developing ergonomics teams and services as an Assistant Vice President with Marsh in the US Eastern Region. I was promoted to Vice President and continued this work while adding the US Western Region. As SVP, Senior Consultant I manage national and international teams and accounts to drive continuous reductions in Total Cost of Risk. I mentor and train incoming employees; and I am a frequent presenter at internal, National and International conferences covering ergonomics and risk reduction.

I provided clients with consulting services for risk and injury reduction, employee training, job analysis and job and process design recommendations. I was a technical writer for Ergonomics Today™ and The Ergonomics Report™ and also authored OSHA outreach materials related to ergonomics.
