My responsibilities include advancing high-level projects related to our video and social media strategies and overseeing brand marketing initiatives and analytics.From June 2021 to July 2024, I was the Associate Director of Social Media, directing Berklee's organic social media strategy and overseeing the Berklee Social Media Network. I implemented comprehensive social listening strategies and advised leadership on crisis management and public sentiment responses.Prior to that, I was a Digital Marketing Manager from September 2016 to June 2021. In this position, I oversaw content placement across Berklee's major social platforms and managed the institution's Instagram takeover program, engaging with a broad audience and fostering community interaction.I began my career at Berklee in January 2016 as an Enrollment Marketing and Communications Assistant. In this role, I managed social media and website content for the Summer Programs department while supporting market research efforts.Before Berklee, I excelled as a Social Media Strategist at BAM! Social Business from July 2014 to December 2015. I managed social media engagement for major clients, including Kirkland's and Simon Property Group malls, enhancing online presence and customer interaction across diverse social platforms.
