Rachel has more than two decades of advancement experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She joined the UCF Advancement team in 2013 and currently oversees campaign administration, Foundation board relations and Advancement communications and marketing. Prior to arriving at UCF, Rachel was a consultant and director of research at BWF, a leading international fundraising consulting firm. Her previous experience includes development roles with the University of Minnesota Foundation and the HealthEast Foundation (now Fairview Foundation).Rachel is a past member of the Northwestern Alumni Association's Alumni Giving Committee, where she helped to facilitate the development of participation growth strategies. She also served on the NAA's Leadership Development and Education Committee and was president of the Northwestern University Club of the Twin Cities for nearly eight years. Rachel has an undergraduate degree in communication studies from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in nonprofit management from the University of Central Florida. She is a board member for Canine Companions’ Southeast Region and serves as the faculty advisor for the Service-Dog Training and Education Program at UCF.
