I currently lead Product Operations for Shopify's Shipping, Taxes and Delivery Promises product portfolio. My team is accountable for driving increased velocity, visibility and alignment across a product area of 180+ people. We do this by optimizing the operating system, surfacing merchant and business insights to leadership and owning end-to-end execution of special projects.

Led a team of product operations managers working on Stripe's Cards Acquiring & Processing and Payment Fraud & Disputes businesses. Our core pillars of work included: managing alpha and beta launch programs, maintaining healthy user feedback loops and being the connective tissue between our Product and GtM organizations.My time at Stripe was cut short when the Product Operations org was eliminated in the Nov 2022 layoffs.

Team focused on ensuring that Klarna is building the right products to meet the needs and opportunities of the US market. Directly managed a team of product operations managers, product marketers and UX researchers that conducted merchant and market research, defined product positioning and messaging and built tight merchant feedback loops - which were all inputs used in defining Klarna's US product roadmap.

Led a 15+ person cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers and marketers in the design, development and launch of the first digital Buy Now, Pay Later solution in Peru. I defined and owned the product vision, strategy and roadmap and oversaw all business activities, including product marketing and strategic partnerships. Responsible for product P&L.

Founded and scaled a multichannel baby product retail business in Peru. Ran an ecommerce operation along with several physical retail locations across Lima, built out a proprietary delivery and logistics network and spun a new line of business to import and distribute top global brands to other retailers throughout Peru. Grew the company to 30 employees.

Led market research projects with the objective of identifying strategies for further engaging members of specific demographic and psychographic segments.

Partnered with YouTube creators across all categories to implement the most effective strategies for maximizing their channel viewership, audience engagement, and earned revenue.
