I tutor college students in basic skills math, algebra, and calculus. I also assist with Maple Laboratory homework assignments.

I worked in Lehman’s math and computer sciencedepartment in a collaborative project with New York's Museum of Natural Historyon the verification of a newly developed mathematical model of evolution. Thismodel can take real world data points and potentially fit them into an evolutionarysystem using complex algorithms such as principal components analysis, squaredchange parsimony, and statistical analysis. In a related project, I have beenworking on the development of a model to calculate the shortest path betweenbinary trees, in all potentially generated binary trees. This project helped me toidentify how patterns such as binary trees can represent the propagation anditeration of a signal over time, which can be altered by the change in a signal, ordesignation of a term stored either in the root or the branch of a given tree.
