Grew, planted, and maintained annual flowers for downtown Anchorage and municipal parkland. Maintained municipal landscaping. Maintained Mann Leiser Memorial Greenhouse and related facilities.

Managed all aspects of proposal development for Resource Data. Hired, trained, and managed a team of proposal writers responsible for submitting ~300 proposals per year and generating $5-8 million of revenue annually.

Worked with 130 software development professionals across 5 states to identify, evaluate, and bid on opportunities for custom software and GIS application development. Created marketing collateral such as corporate statement of qualifications, internal and external newsletters, resumes, project descriptions, proposal templates, and website content.

Wrote, edited, and formatted technical documentation such as user manuals, standard operating procedures, and communication plans for custom software applications. Assisted Resource Data's Corporate group with producing proposals and marketing materials.

Supported non-credit university classes to help non-native speakers of English develop college-level reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Internet-based test.

Supported three undergraduate linguistics courses. Graded written assignments and exams for 90+ students per semester.

Provided private, in-home tutoring to help high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors develop college-level reading and writing skills for the SAT, and ACT, and other college entrance exams. Proctored and scored practice tests.

Monitored a scholarship program for orphans and vulnerable children. Assisted in capacity building for Kulima, a rural community association focused on agriculture extension, support and development of citrus production, product management, and irrigation. Conducted informal lessons in English and health education in local community.
