Experienced Project Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the HVAC industry, across Service/Maintenance, Commissioning, & Projects. Strong engineering professional with a Certificate III in Electrotechnology from The Northern Sydney Institute of TAFE.Passionate about developing first-class GUIs; from the creation of databases, through to the final product, that are simple to use, without compromising on quality.Notable Accomplishments:• Emirates Wolgan Valley – Designed, wired, & tested over 45 small switchboards for use in individual cabins, gatehouse, staff amenities, maintenance areas & pool house. Programmed the (Sedona) controllers for each switchboard. Attended site to commission controllers, create BMS database, server and GUI. Facilities personnel requested my attendance on site on opening day to ensure everything ran smoothly. Primary Maintenance tech on the site until moving back into Projects team.• Western Sydney Uni – Part of many of the original refurbishments of existing buildings (engineering, commissioning & graphics), & of new projects. Primary Technician for maintenances on buildings withinParramatta South, Kingswood, Bankstown, Westmead & Hawkesbury Campuses, until move back to Projects. Both the Associate Director of Campus Delivery, & the Technical Maintenance Specialist (Infrastructure Services, Parramatta South Campus) still request my assistance with refurb/project works (and sometimes service calls/dial ins), including asking specifically for me to attend site during an acoustic test of a new fit out, and to be the one to create the GUIs for the refurb/project jobs. They requested, if upgrading their systems to Niagara 4, that I be the one to update the GUI.• David Jones – Primary tech for the creation of a BMS server database & GUI located at their head office on Castlereagh St Sydney, for 12 stores nationally. As well as individual touch screen databases & GUIs for the stores (installed in the main plantrooms).• Calvary Hospital Riverina – Approached by one of Controlworks’ Directors to be the R & D engineer to create a brand new, custom touchscreen GUI for the Chiller Plant.• Westfield – Attended Prophet training, created a brand new set of GUIs for a number of Westfield sites across Australia, often meeting with the National Facilities Manager (Scentre Group), and Facility Managers for the specific sites to discuss during the process.• Taronga Zoo Wildlife Retreat – Took over as Project Lead when the PM left the company.
