Seeding Resilience is my consultancy focsued on food system projects in Central Ohio and the Midwest. I collaborate as a project manager, outreach coordinator, grant writer and educator with regional, state-wide, and national organizations on a variety of private and public funded projects. My work deliberately centers farmers, food workers, and eaters of traditionally marginalized identities in creative projects that aim to make sustainable agriculture more resilient and just.I serve on the Franklin County Local Food Council Steering Committee and the Ohio Nutrition Incentive Network and contribute as an advisor to several farmer social support research projects. I have written and received grants from the United States Department of Agriculture, the North-Central Region Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education, and Mid-Ohio Food Bank. Lead OEFFA's 501(c)3 and 501(c)5 organizations to create and promote a healthful, ecoogical, accountable, and sustainable system of agriculture in Ohio and beyond. Build on strenghths, prior success, and opportunities to fulfill its mission effectively and accessibly. Mentor and inspire a 40+ member staff team, liason to the organization's 4,000 members, and manage annual budgets exceeding $3 million. Care for, lead, develop, and utilize OEFFA's human, financial, phsyical, brand, and organizational assets to ensure optimal program development and delivery while sustaining OEFFA into the future.

I manage the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion's internal systems to support our public and professional self-compassion education programs. My responsibilities include developing and training staff on registration, learning management, and project management processes and tools.Additionally, I am the program support admininstrator for several of our adult educational offerings. I support all aspects of the Self-Compassion for Psychotherapists certificate program, our 36-session online professional training for 90 psychotherapists with 40 professional, international psychotherapy presenters and small group leaders. I coordinate the 8-session virtual Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) course for Mindful Self-Compassion teachers, 5-day Silent Retreats, and several one-day workshops. I prepare financial, participant data, and evaluations for each program, aligning with the Center's needs and systems.

As the Begin Farming Program Coordinator, I developed and delivered equitable sustainable agriculture educational programs and technical assistance for beginning farmers and retiring landowners. This position additionally involved co-authoring grant reports and funding proposals, recruiting, contracting, and training presenters, and providing direct outreach at virtual and in-person events. I served on Farm Beginnings® Collaborative Governance Committee, and was a founding member of internal OEFFA equity team.
