Managing a team of Customer Marketing Executives to develop and work cross-functionally to drive improved customer experience and retention.My core responsibility in this role was to develop a strategy with corresponding action plans in order to increase customer persistency, along with increased lifetime value through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Experian QAS provides software, data and services to help get, keep and use your customer contact details effectively. With over 75% of industries having reported problems due to incorrect data, and 25% of UK adults having either had their identity stolen or know a victim of ID fraud, data integrity is a concern for us all. My role was to constantly engage.

Within this role I managed marketing campaigns, advertising and events in line with Experian’s identity management proposition. Key activities included the planning and execution of integrated, multi-staged campaigns to draw on specific industry drivers and pain-points and raise awareness of Experian solutions, creating demand amongst end customers –.

Whilst in this role I was responsible for implementing all FY10 customer marketing and retention strategies in line with set targets for lead conversion, sales margin and customer engagement.I managed both email and DM campaigns, advertising, contact acquisition projects and social media forums to generate response and engage with our existing customer.
