I worked daily with product managers, designers, and senior staff to gather insights on the most pressing questions we have about our community of Course Hero users, and report them back. I wrote, organized, and conducted need finding user interviews, contextual inquiries, usability tests and more to ensure I represented our students and educators voices with empathy and creativity. By collaborating with our product development team, I helped Course Hero make the best products for our user's learning and teaching needs.
