Applied design thinking methodology combined with cutting edge Salesforce technologies to accelerate business model transformation and growth with C-level client executives at Fortune 500 companies. Brought a combined skill set of strategy, vision, ideation, storytelling, and experiential workshops to deliver future-state visions.

Led design and research for Intuit QuickBooks expansion into Mexico, after co-authoring the strategy document that made the business case and secured the funding to build a test a compliant product for small businesses in Mexico. Alongside the team, I led multiple streams of user research and prototyping (in Spanish), while establishing a design team and strategy for the product, to define and launch a tool rooted in user needs in the most complex bookkeeping jurisdiction in the world (believe it or not, that is a real rating!). My work at Intuit also included supporting the broader global expansion efforts for QuickBooks, including work on our growing presence in South Africa, India, and Brazil and serving as a Design Manager for our emerging markets teams.

Work at the intersection of client services, design strategy and project management. While at IDEO, worked across a variety of industries, and led strategy and client relationships for the Design for Mobility (2014-2017) and Design for Health (2017-2018) portfolios at IDEO Palo Alto. Managed relationships with Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, Caterpillar, and other Fortune 500 clients and startups. Responsible for managing multi-million dollar projects and client relationships that seek to deliver customer-centric user experiences brought to life through new technology, digital innovation, product and service design, branding and strategy and organizational change. Contribute to all aspects of projects from ideation and consumer insights to prototyping and storytelling. Other responsibilities include managing scope, budget, negotiation, logistics, events, and external development partner relationships.

Managed the procurement strategy for Contributor products, securing discounts and wholesale pricing for packages. Worked with contributors and vendors to develop best practices and incentive strategies. Created original content and design across a variety of areas.

Shaped the overall fundraising strategy for the school, with specific focus on it’s Scholarship Fund. Developed marketing and mediamaterial, coordinated with philanthropic individuals, large corporations, parent associations, and the Board of Directors.

Led the social media & editorial strategy and community events for entrepreneurs. Managed CEO activities on all levels including investor relationships, schedule, and travel. Assisted with logistics of raising capital and investor relationship management.
