As a former competitive gymnast and gymnastics coach of 10 years, I am particularly interested in working with the gymnastics population. As a Level 1 Pelvic Health Certified Practitioner and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I am also passionate about helping athletes optimize their potential through a holistic approach to care.
