I’m an experienced Construction Project Manager with focus on commercial and industrial projects. In this role I have led various project teams overseeing budget, schedule and contract/subcontract implementation. My most exciting work to date was the completion of a R&D complex for Lockheed Martin in Palo Alto, CA valued at $42M. Additional high profile projects in my portfolio include Courtyard by Marriott and San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, CA.While I enjoy all facets of my job, my favorite aspect of project management is enriching relationships with clients and subs. I strive to give advice effectively and honestly, and genuinely build trust with teams and stakeholders by developing more collaborative relationships.
