Oversees Programs of Study pathway development for the Seattle Colleges, ensuring the development and management of articulation agreements between regional high schools and the Seattle Colleges. Coordinates district-wide CTE initiatives that bring together college and high school faculty, and serve as one of the Seattle College's representatives for youth engagement initiatives. Collaborates on strategies to provide high school students with opportunities to earn dual credit (college and high school).

College Navigator for the Seattle Colleges in partnership with the Seattle Housing Authority JobLink Program, providing one-on-one assistance to SHA participants to help them navigator program selection, enrollment and registration, financial aid, retention and completion.

Navigator for the Workforce Opportunity Systems Initiative, a collaborative comprised of the Seattle College District, Seattle Housing Authority, Workforce Development Council of Seattle-King County, Financial Empowerment Network and Seattle Jobs Initiative. The goal of the initiative is to improve self-sufficiency for housing authority residents through access to resources, training and pathways to middle-skill employment. -Liaise with industry partners in health care, transportation logistics and manufacturing to identify job opportunities and skill needs.-Work with students to raise awareness of opportunities with industry partners and facilitate enrollment in training programs.-Provide education navigation for students throughout their training experience, including program selection, enrollment support, and regular contact to help students address barriers, persist and complete.

-Directed internship program for teens ages 16-18 in target population of low income, minority, first generation American and first generation college students, foster care, and single parent households -Maintained strong professional partnerships with companies and community partners such as Microsoft, Starbucks, Stoel Rives LLP, Wal-Mart, Seattle Public Library, Seattle Youth Violence Prevention Initiative, and Seattle area schools -Conducted 500+ interviews for internship placements, providing feedback and coaching for interview skills -Supervised 75+ interns; responsible for hiring, firing and behavioral action plans -Provided youth development training for managers at partner companies to ensure a safe environment that promotes professional growth for youth in the program -Support interns through yearlong internships with issues related to work performance, school and home life -Facilitated training in areas of job skills, college planning, personal development and financial literacy -Coordinated volunteer opportunities for Seattle professionals to provide a network and mentoring for youth -Created program assessment tools on several survey platforms to collect program participant responses -Produced quarterly executive summary reports for partners using survey data and exit interviews from participants -Tracked and maintained budgets and metrics for program grants -Worked with a team to coordinate 5 large scale events with 100+ youth and Seattle area professionals -Created marketing materials using Microsoft Office, Adobe and Moviemaker
