Work with doctors, office personnel, contractors, IT professionals and equipment representatives to coordinate all details of device installation. Perform and facilitate onsite and offsite surveys of imaging areas to ensure offices are fully equipped and prepared for the implementation of new imaging devices and associated software. Serve as point of contact for clients pre and post installation to ensure all projects are carried out efficiently and to customer’s satisfaction. Handle purchasing and shipping, maintain customer database and project management software database. Assist in account management and client billing. Conduct preliminary interviews for potential new hires and oversee training program for all hired project coordinators.
