My position has allowed me to dive into process development for sales, agency and department workflows, and technologies and project management platforms. Leading the Project Management team in the development of goals, KPIs, and processes/documentation, planning and tracking career growth and learning opportunities for all team members, monitor workloads and assignments, and provide leadership guidance.
