• Managed implementation of Lattice, a performance management software, as well as mid-year/year-end reviews and project reviews (hundreds per year). Continually managed Lattice by entering new hire info, creating performance management strategies, answering questions, creating demos/tutorials, and acting as the single Lattice “expert” at the company. Worked with CEO, CPO, and HR manager to improve performance management process from start to finish• Managed onboarding process several times per month. Gave multi-part presentation, sent materials to new hires, and assisted in their transition to the company; acted as first point of contact for all new hires• Managed external and internal feedback. Regularly created and distributed internal surveys to collect feedback about company operations and employee experience. Compiled and organized data, then recommended and implemented improvements. Automated CPE Certificate distribution, interview feedback process, and company org chart additions, in addition to other process improvements• Managed NASBA approval process and subsequently implemented compliance standards for CPE trainings (at least once per month), facilitated training sessions, distributed CPE certificates, and archived materials according to NASBA standards• Led Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee; organized meetings and events (at least once per quarter), wrote meaningful DEI articles in newsletter, and formulated strategies to help employees feel recognized and included.
