As a member of the Skyway 10K Race Operations team, this role is primarily responsible for designing and coordinating the VIP Race Weekend experience for all sponsors and VIP ticket purchasers (900+ total attendees). Both fast paced and rapidly evolving, this position requires constant attention to detail, extreme adaptability under pressure and a thorough understanding of event operations. Ultimately, this role has fostered strong verbal communication skills, valuable team management experience and the ability to consultatively sell creative event concepts to a variety of sponsors. Responsibility Snapshot: - Manage an event staff comprised of 15+ team members responsible for VIP event operations and execution- Direct the on-site VIP luxury tent experience comprised of paying race participants and event sponsors with up to 1,000 attendees- Cultivate tiered monetary or in-kind VIP sponsorship packages; which includes the customization of social media campaigns, onsite booth experiences and product exposures, before, during and after the race event

Responsibility Snapshot: - Manage production, distribution, and implementation of marketing materials for 200 Taco Bells & 50 IHOPs- Develop marketing strategies and implement local store campaigns planned through our agency of record- Drive regional brand awareness for Taco Bell and IHOP restaurants by managing fabrication, installation, and maintenance for Department of Transportation signage across 7 states

- Generated new business leads and drove sales of ophthalmic, corticosteroid and wellness products - Established standard operating procedures for shipping, return, and product tracking procedures- Coordinated and managed a nationwide product recall that involved 650 offices- Established a new return and recall process to ensure FDA quality assurance regulations were met

- Processed incoming sales orders for all sales representatives and fielded customer service calls for active accounts - Produced weekly production schedules and sales reports for the manufacturing of future product orders - Trained sales representatives and pharmacists on products and procedures required by FDA standards- Organized sales and client accounts for transition into partnering with other 503b facilities nationwide
