I've been in the trenches: iterating, and re-iterating user onboarding plans; identifying strategic growth and hiring plans for our talent organization; working alongside my CEO and COO through due diligence and closing with a growth equity partner; recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members; and maintaining the white glove service level our users have come to love and expect. All the while maintaining and improving the fun loving, close knit company culture for our dispersed team.
