All the while maintaining and improving the fun loving, close knit company culture for our dispersed team. Continued growth areas I'm working on include standardizing our internal performance KPI's and client usage KPI's, refining user onboarding systems that are scalable, and finding the answer to how many clients/users each of our CSM team members each handle.Experience: As the (first) VP of Experience I'm focused on driving user adoption and value through exceptional onboarding, training, support and strategy.
